In general, my research interests are in the area of human-computer interaction (HCI) and computer-supported cooperative work (CSCW), including video-mediated communication, knowledge management, and social informatics. Particularly my research focuses on facilitating productive collaborations of individuals who are geographically and culturally distributed.
