Links related to courts:

FindLaw :  Find judicial opinions in their entirely from all levels of federal hierarchy, as well as state law provisions, federal rules governing civil and criminal procedure, and other law-related materials.

Freedom Forum : Devoted to current information regarding First Amendment issues.

How Appealing : Howard Bashman's weblog featuring copious links to both journalistic and academic articles concerning judicial matters.

The Law and Courts Website :  This is the home page of the Law and Courts Section of the American Political Science Association.

law.com Law Dictionary : Find definitions of hundreds of legal terms.

LEXIS-NEXIS Academic Universe :  To access this site, go to the Schwartz Library's list of databases and click LEXIS-NEXIS. Once there, you can perform full-text searches of federal and state judicial opinions, law reviews, newspaper and magazine articles, and more. It's an indispensable research tool (and no one's paying me to say that). If you're off-campus, the system will ask you for the bar code number on the back of your library card; no such password is needed if you're connecting from a campus computer.

The OYEZ Project :  Features searchable collection of Supreme Court decisions and biographical information about each justice, as well as a virtual tour of the Supreme Court Building. The real attraction here, in my view, is the collection of audio clips of oral arguments from over 500 Supreme Court cases.

The University Law Review Project :  Perform full-text searches of law journals.
