The B.S. program is the most challenging of Psychology's undergraduate programs. It was designed primarily for students who plan to go to graduate school in psychology (either in research or clinical programs). It is also a suitable major for pre-medical students. In addition to psychology courses, the B.S. degree requires two upper-level math courses (numbered 7 & above, exclusive of 15-19), 16 credits in additional science courses (including 2 biology courses), and a reading knowledge of a foreign language.
Required Courses (27/29 credits depending on introductory sequence) - should be taken as early as possible:
- General Psychology I & II (social-science based) or Psychology 3 & 4(laboratory-science based)
