MINORS IN OTHER AREAS


Students majoring in Chemistry may elect to pursue a minor in a related field.  A few suggested fields of study for Chemistry majors wishing to pursue a major are:

Computer Science
The Chemistry Department, in conjunction with the Computer Science Department, offers a minor in computer science.  The program emphasizes computer techniques and their applications to industrial and theoretical chemistry.

Business
Students intending to pursue industrial careers in technical sales or consulting may wish to complete a minor offered by the College of Management.
